At left; picture of the Cabbage Rose, R. centifolia ‘Bullata’, painted by Pierre-Joseph Redouté, portrait 06 out of 17, Choix des Plus Belles Fleurs (1827-33)

This illustration appears in Choix des Plus Belles Fleurs (Redouté's Finest Flowers). The engraving for the print appears to have been based on the same original watercolour painting as the Cabbage Rose variety, R.centifolia ‘Bullata’, published earlier by Redouté in Les Roses. This engraving has two rosebuds and a few leaves less than the one in Les Roses. Other than that it appears identical.
