At left; picture of the Cabbage Rose, R. centifolia, painted by Pierre-Joseph Redouté, portrait 03 out of 17, Choix des Plus Belles Fleurs

This illustration appears in Choix des Plus Belles Fleurs (Redouté's Finest Flowers). The engraving for the print seems to have been based on the same original watercolour as R.centifolia; published earlier in Les Roses. It has one rosebud and a few leaves less than the original. Otherwise it’s identical.
